PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wall paper excellent in mar resistance, stain resistance, and decontaminability. SOLUTION: This wall paper is formed by laminating a foamed resin layer (B) on a base material (A) to form a laminated material and further laminating a polyolefin film (C) on the foamed resin layer (B) of the laminated material, wherein the foamed resin layer (B) is formed out of a polyvinyl chloride resin, a polyolefin resin, or a polyolefin resin composition and the polyolefin film (C) is formed out of a composition comprising 50-98 wt% of an ethylenic copolymer (X) having a melting point in the range of 80-140°C and 2-50 wt% of another resin (Y).
