PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored resin composition which reduces die lip staining, has good releasability of a resin film from a cooling roll, and can obtain high opacifying properties and whiteness in the melt extrusion of a titanium dioxide pigment-containing thermoplastic colored resin composition at a high temperature/high speed to obtain the film. SOLUTION: The titanium dioxide-containing colored resin composition comprises a titanium dioxide pigment (1), a thermoplastic resin (3), and a mixture (2) of saturated fatty acid metal salts composed of a fatty acid lithium salt and a fatty acid zinc salt. A film molded article and a photographic paper substrate are obtained by using the colored resin composition, and a photographic paper is obtained by using the photographic paper substrate.
