PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain both heightening of rigidity of a chassis panel with an operating opening without partitioning and restraint of distortion of a so-called crenel key sheet. SOLUTION: The operating opening 2b with a plurality of key tops 3k, 3m, 3n exposed are formed in penetration at the chassis panel 2. A base sheet 11 fixing the key tops 3k, 3m, 3n is provided with a base plate 12 for reinforcement made of hard resin, firmly fixed to an opening edge 2c of the chassis panel 2 with ultrasonic welding. By making such a key-sheet-integrated chassis panel 10, generation of distortion of the base sheet 11 is restrained by the base plate 12, and rigidity of the chassis panel 2 having the operating opening 2b is improved by adhesion of the base plate 12 to the opening edge 2c by ultrasonic fusion bonding.
