PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable voice recording/reproducing device in which an operation switch and an input/output terminal are all arranged at the side part (other than front part and back part) of the device main body. SOLUTION: This information recording/reproducing device for recording information in a recording medium, and for reproducing the information recorded in the recording medium is provided with USB connectors 12 and 29 for connecting to an external USB device and host controllers 11 and 23 for controlling the transmission/reception of the information with the external USB device when the external USB device is connected to the USB connectors 12 and 29.
