PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase determination sensitivity in a droplet ejection head without decreasing the surface area occupied by an electromechanic transducer used for drive and further allow for determination of the oscillation even during driving. SOLUTION: The droplet ejection head is provided with a pressure chamber having a nozzle to eject liquid droplets and ejects the liquid droplets from the nozzle by deforming an electromechanic transducer to drive a diaphragm and to compress the pressure chamber. The diaphragm defines a part of the pressure chamber. On the diaphragm, the electromechanic transducer for driving the diaphragm and a determination mechanoelectric transducer for determining the oscillation state inside the pressure chamber are arranged in layers.
