<p>The invention concerns a system and method for managing resources of portable module resources (1, 1'), said modules being each connected to a communication terminal (2, 2', 2''), comprising electronic memories (11) and being designed, in particular, in the form of smart cards. A first instruction for managing the resources, which comprises module identification, is transmitted to a resource management center (4). A second instruction for managing the resources is transmitted by said management center (4) to a resource module (1), determined by the module identification, via a communication network (3). In said determined module (1), resources are allocated or released by a resource controlling mechanism (111) on the basis of the second resource management instruction received. Confirmation of resource management is transmitted by said determined resource module (1) to said resource management center (4) via the communication network (3) and data concerning the allocated or released resources, associated with the identification of the module, are recorded in the resource management center (4).</p> |
