The vehicle has a rigid axle (1) with an axle bridge casing (2), in which spring mounting brackets are integrated at sides of the vehicle to mount a suspension system (4). Spring carriers (7) are screwed together with the casing at the sides of the vehicle. Each carrier has an additional spring (8) that is arranged opposite to springs (5) of the brackets. The carriers and additional springs are symmetrically dimensioned.
