<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen-supply unit that overcomes the complexity of the unit structure based on the premise of preparing two or more of hydrogen occluding alloys Ma and Mb in utilizing cold obtained at the time of the hydrogen releasing from a hydrogen occlusion alloy into refrigeration and cooling. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen-supply unit supplies hydrogen to a hydrogen instrument 8 by releasing hydrogen occluded to the hydrogen occlusion alloy in a plurality of other MH vessels 3-6 one after another while occluding hydrogen separated by a hydrogen separation membrane 1 into the hydrogen occlusion alloy in a plurality of the MH vessels 3-6 one after another. The refrigeration and the cooling of the mechanism are conducted by connecting the medium line 18 for the cold output with each the MH vessels 3-6 so that it is switchable and heat-exchangeable, heating the hydrogen occlusion alloy of the MH vessel 3-6 one after another by the medium for the cold output allowing to flow into the medium line 18 for the cold output, supplying hydrogen released from the hydrogen occlusion alloy to the hydrogen instrument 8 and heating the hydrogen occlusion alloy of each the MH vessels 3-6 to introduce the medium for the cold output to a cold utilization instrument 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
