<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous material, having a continuous pore structure in it, high in heat resistance, flexibility, and dimensional stability. <P>SOLUTION: This porous material contains a cross-linking structural body by metal-oxygen bond and a carbon atom covalently bonded to the cross-linking structure and has the condition, in which a void is closed or opened on its surface by adjusting the numerical aperture of the void on the surface, and has the continuous pore structure in which the voids are continuously connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
