<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting equipment giving an atmosphere of being underwater. <P>SOLUTION: A glass body having translucency, a cavity formed inside the glass body, electroresponsive fluid injected in the cavity, a flowing means to make the electroresponsive fluid flow by applying voltage on the electroresponsive fluid and a light projecting means projecting light onto the electroresponsive fluid are provided. The electroresponsive fluid generating EHD phenomenon is injected in the cavity formed in the glass body and the electroresponsive fluid is made to flow by applying voltage to the electroresponsive fluid.
