<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control power adjustment, even if power measurement is stopped during the power adjustment that has set the power consumption of a power consuming apparatus a targeted power. <P>SOLUTION: This remote controller 1 comprises a power measurement means 4; a target power input means 5, a power adjustment storing means 6; a power measurement abnormality detecting means 7; and a power adjusting means 8. When abnormality of the power measurement means 4 is detected by the power measurement abnormality detecting means 7, operational control is conducted so that the power consumption of the power consuming apparatus reaches the target power, by controlling the power adjustment by a power adjustment operation, before the detection of the abnormality by the power adjustment storing means 6, whereby excess of the power consumption is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
