<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gap-measuring method and a gap-measuring device, capable of easily responding to a higher precision or a smaller size, reducing the dispersion of gap measurement, without being influenced by the surface state, material or the like of parts forming a gap, and which is easily maintained and managed at low cost, and to provide an image forming device for measuring a gap distance by the gap-measuring method or the gap-measuring device for forming images. <P>SOLUTION: A measurement part 1 is inserted to a gap G to be measured, and flat plates 4 at the end of the measurement part 1 are expanded and contracted by filling and sucking a filler 2, stored in a filling tank 3 to and from the measurement part 1, and the gap G is detected by a detection means 5 and the gap distance is measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
