<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and accurately evaluate risks associated with a variety of projects, while taking into consideration the relationship between risk items affecting each other. <P>SOLUTION: The degrees of influence and the frequencies of occurrence of a plurality of risk items and the degrees of association among the risk items are stored. Based on the degrees of influence and the frequencies of occurrence, the importance of each risk item is calculated. Based on the importance and the degrees of association, cluster analysis is conducted on the risk items. Based on the results of the cluster analysis, the risk items are classified into a plurality of groups. The degrees of influence, the frequencies of occurrence, the importance, and the degrees of association of the risk items belonging to each group are inputted for each group to an evaluation expression for calculating the evaluation value of each risk, thus calculating the evaluation values of risks of each group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
