<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and interesting game machine by combining variable display of a variable display means and fluctuation operation of a big prize winning hole, and to secure benefit of a player and evoke thrill and excitement from the player. <P>SOLUTION: If a prescribed condition is established, a special game state is generated so as to change movable members 152a and 152b of a fluctuation prize winning device 150 to a first state. During the special game state, when a game ball which is received by the fluctuation prize winning device 150 enters a special prize winning region 155, the special game state can be performed repeatedly. During the special game state, the fluctuation prize winning device 150 can receive a specified number of game balls regardless that the game ball enters the special prize winning region 155 or not. Furthermore, during the special game state, whenever the game ball enters the special prize winning region 155, variable display of identification information is performed by the variable display means 330.
