PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective, inexpensive molding method and molding apparatus that can increase adhesive strength and friction irrespective of the shape of the joining surface. SOLUTION: A molded hook and loop faster (10) to be bonded directly on or joined or fitted indirectly to an attached object is provided with a flat substrate (11) molded between an extrusion die (1) and the circumferential face of a die wheel (2) provided with a large number of cavities by injecting a molten resin from a resin extrusion port (1b) of the die (1) onto the circumferential face of the die wheel (2) and a hook piece (12) molded in the cavities (12a). At the time of molding, a refrigerant is simultaneously made to flow through a refrigerant passage (1e) formed inside the extrusion die under the resin extrusion port (1b) to positively cool the rear side where engagement elements (12) are not formed through the extruding die (1). A fine rugged surface is locally formed by this cooling across the whole area of the rear surface of the substrate due to sink marks (11') to increase the surface area for bonding, increasing the bonding strength and frictional force.
