PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design system of an electronic circuit board for systematically reflecting an unevenness profile of a board to design information, and easily designing a board with a desired flatness without a trial and error process. SOLUTION: Main unevenness information about a predetermined unevenness information generation surface is also created and generated on the basis of information about element figures to be essentially input as the design information. Correction is processed with a predetermined content to at least any of thicknesses of the element figures, plane figures and arrangement positions on a conductor layer which are reflected to input data through a conductor figure input means is conducted to at least the conductor figures of the element figures. Thereby, the unevenness profile of the board can be systematically reflected to the design information, and consequently, the factor on the generation of the unevenness in the design can be surely and simply found out. Since a correction of a figure input state of the conductor layer is conducted so as to compensate estimated unevenness generated other than the main unevenness by factors on manufacturing, etc., the flatness of the manufactured board can be enhanced.
