PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design system of an electronic circuit board for systematically reflecting an unevenness profile of a board to design information, surely and simply finding out a factor on design of generation of unevenness and easily designing a board with a desired flatness without a trial and error process. SOLUTION: Unevenness information about a predetermined unevenness information generation surface is also created and generated on the basis of information about element figures to be essentially input as the design information. Correction processing with a predetermined content to at least any of thicknesses of the element figures, plane figures and arrangement positions on a conductor layer which are reflected to input data through a conductor figure input means is conducted to at least the conductor figures of the element figures. Thereby, the profile of the board can be systematically reflected to the design information, and consequently, the factor on the design of the generation of the unevenness can be surely and simply found out.
