PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout material which can be filled particularly even into a sheath having≥100 m length and a curved shape without forming an unfilled part in the sheath and in which the unfilled part of the grout material is not present in the sheath after the grout is hardened, and provide a method of injecting a grout material, and prestressed concrete. SOLUTION: The grout material contains at least 100 pts.wt cement and 20-100 pts.wt. water and has≥30 mm flow value in a static flow using a flow corn stipulated by JIS R 5201. It is suitable that the grout material has 2.8-5 sec JP funnel flow time stipulated by JSCE-F 531. In the method of injecting the grout material, the grout material filled into the sheath with ventilation holes formed on all top parts. The prestressed concrete is obtained by introducing prestress by a tendon in the sheath in which the grout material is filled by the method of injecting the grout material.
