PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lattice-shaped louver capable of lighting with original color in comparison with a conventional one, and enhancing brightness. SOLUTION: The lattice-shaped louver is formed by combining in a lattice shape belt-shaped reflection plates 2 for vertical use and belt-shaped reflection plates 3 for lateral use made of white plastic sheets having uniform or almost uniform and high reflectivity at a visible light area from red to blue. For example, a material of the white plastic sheet is a foamed sheet with ultrafine pores of polyethylene terephthalate resin with a thickness of 1 mm, a foaming rate of five times, a density of 0.27 g/m<SP>3</SP>, an air bubble diameter of 10μm.
