PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharging device possible to be simplified in structure for miniaturization and capable of corresponding even if liquid pressure is high. SOLUTION: The liquid discharging device is provided with a cylinder block 50 having a plurality of cylinder holes 31, a plurality of plunger members 40 inserted into each of the cylinder holes 31, and a driving means for rotating each of the plunger members 40 around the axial center shaft, while reciprocating it in the axial direction thereof, in relation to the cylinder hole 31. The cylinder block 30 is provided with a suction port 35 for sucking liquid and a discharge port 33 for discharging liquid. The plunger member 40 is provided with an opening 42 to be communicated with each of the ports 33 and 35 in order with rotation thereof, and a liquid storage space 41 communicated with the opening 42 and the inside of the cylinder hole 31.
