PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase both of drop strength and a magnetic property in a high-strength Fe-Ni-Co alloy strip for a shadow mask, to the maximum value, by optimizing the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The high-strength Fe-Ni-Co alloy strip for a shadow mask comprises 30-35 mass% Ni, 2-8 mass% Co, 0.50 mass% or less Mn, 0.01-0.8 mass% in the total of one or more elements selected among 0.01-0.8 mass% Nb, 0.01-0.8 mass% Ta and 0.01-0.8 mass% Hf, and the balance Fe with an unavoidable impurities; is formed of a rolling structure; and develops a recrystallized structure in which each average diameter of crystal grains is respectively 15μm or smaller and 20μm or smaller when annealed for 15 minutes at 800°C and for 15 minutes at 900°C, and each ratio of the standard deviation to the average value of the diameters of crystal grains is 0.7 or less.
