PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser element module having stable single mode oscillation with a Fabry-Perot laser element and having a receptacle structure. SOLUTION: The optical waveguide body 200 is constituted by connecting a grade index fiber 3 and a coreless fiber 4 successively in a line to the other end of a single mode fiber 2, in one end of which an optical signal is inputted that is outputted from a laser unit 16 having a Fabry-Perot laser element 15, and by connecting a coreless fiber 4', a grade index fiber 3' and a single mode fiber 2' successively in a line to the non-connecting end of the optical fiber of the coreless fiber 4 via an optical isolator 9.
