PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device which has very few optical stroke and high dimensional stability. SOLUTION: The optical device (10a) for at least two light fluxes (4, 5) is provided with one element (1, 2) of at least one inorganic optical matter and at least two segments (6, 7). These two segments are controlled by the light fluxes, the 1st segment (6) of which is approximately surrounded with at least one 2nd segment (7). In this device, each recessed portion (8a) is provided between the 1st segment (6) and at least one 2nd segment (7), respectively. The 1st segment (6) is almost optically shielded from at least one 2nd segment (7), and is kept in stable posture by at least one material bridge from the 2nd segment. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
