PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample storing sheet and a sample storing method excellent in a print appearance and print durability of a printed face, eliminating a contamination on the printed face due to impregnation of a liquid component contained in a sample, facilitating a sampling work, having a simple constitution and a simple manufacturing process and suitable for a traceability system. SOLUTION: The pouched sample storing sheet is formed by heat-sealing an outer peripheral end (3) of a laminated element comprising a sheet A(1) of polyolefine as a major component and a sheet B(2) so as to partially leave a non-seal section as an opening of a pouch. The sample storing method includes a process for heat-sealing the opening and closing the sample after the sample is inserted from the opening of the sample storing sheet.
