PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure causing no retention part by a sealing member at a sealing part. SOLUTION: An annular seal holding part 20 is formed at an overlapped passage connection part of passage opening ends of fluid members 101, 121, and the sealing member 10 clamped by the fluid members at the seal holding part 20 is elastically deformed and brought into close contact to airtightly seal the passage connection part. The seal holding part 20 is opened inside on the passage side and has an upper presser face 21 and a lower presser face 22. The sealing member 10 has an upper side face and a lower side face pressed by the upper presser face 21 and lower presser face 22 of the seal holding part 20, and an inner side face positioned inside the opened seal holding part and recessed radially outward.
