PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair-dying composition safe for bodies without giving any bad effect to hair, most suitable for white hair, hair becoming too bright by an excessive coloring environment, damaged hair after bleaching, or the like, and also making hairpieces, wigs, or the like, made from the human hairs stand a long use. SOLUTION: This hair-dyeing composition is constituted by henna as a first agent and hydrogen water as a second agent. Preferably, the hair-dyeing composition is characterized by consisting of the henna as the first agent, the hydrogen water as the second agent and a plant oil as a third agent.
