PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a periodontal pocket with high pressure air in advance of jetting a chemical liquid into the periodontal pocket and easily put the chemical liquid into the periodontal pocket by making jetting of the high pressure air and chemical liquid from a head part (brush part) where a brush is implanted. SOLUTION: A toothbrush apparatus consists of: a toothbrush 10 having a through hole; a toothbrush apparatus main body part 40 having a chemical liquid tank 41, a high pressure air tank 42, etc.; and a feeding hose 50 for feeding the chemical liquid in the chemical liquid tank 41 and the high pressure air in the high pressure air tank 42 to the toothbrush 10. The chemical liquid and high pressure air are jetted from the brush part 12 of the toothbrush 10. The toothbrush 10 consists of: a grip part having the through hole 15; and the brush part 12 which is fitted detachably to the tip of the grip part and rotatably with a shaft core nearly orthogonal to the grip part as a center and which has a through hole communicating with the through hole at the grip part.
