PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor coat agent for an electroconductive sheet, the conductive sheet, a conductive member and a packaging material using them. SOLUTION: The conductive sheet is characterized in that the adhesiveness of the base material sheet and a conductive coating film is enhanced markedly, the lowering of the adhesion (after stretching) with the conductive coating film after vacuum forming, moldability or conductivity is not caused, abrasion resistance is improved and conductivity and mechanical strength sufficient for protecting electronic parts being contents are provided by providing an adhesive anchor coating layer comprising a polymer containing a polyether polyol represented by formula A as a constituent unit, a curing agent, polyolefin wax and an inorganic pigment.
