PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use hot water as cleaning water when cleaning a water circulation system in an ice-making machine. SOLUTION: When ice removing mode is finished in the flow-down type ice-making machine, hot cleaning water is supplied in an ice-making water tank 40 by a water supply pump 40j. When the cleaning water is pressure-fed to a sprinkler 30 by a water supply pump 40f, the sprinkler 30 sprinkles the cleaning water to each ice making panel 20. Ice-making water thus sprinkled re-circulates into the ice-making water tank 40 while cleaning each ice-making panel 20, a slope 10b and its drainage 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
