PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically driven wheel driving device with the easiness in the disassembling/assembling operations taken into consideration, capable of enhancing the durability of wheel bearings and embodying the device in a lightweight and compact construction. SOLUTION: The electrically driven wheel driving device includes wheel bearing devices 2 each consisting of a hub ring 7 furnished with an inner raceway 7a, an inner ring 8 fitted by pressure to the hub ring 7, an outside member 9 furnished with outer races 9a formed in rows and rolling elements 10 formed in rows, and an epicyclic speed reducer 3 which consists of a sun gear 17 inserted into the hub ring 7, a plurality of planet gears 15 arranged between the sun gear and the outside member 9, and a carrier pin 14 to bear them rotatably on the hub ring 7, and further a driving part 5 which is equipped with a stator housing 19 fastened to the outside member 9 separably, an electric motor M consisting of a stator part 18 and a rotor part 22 accommodated in the housing, and a rotary member 24 supported rotatably on the outside member 9, wherein the rotary member 24 is coupled with the sun gear 17 so that the rotation of the motor M is transmitted to the hub ring 7 through the epicyclic speed reducer 3.
