A campaign dynamic correction system includes: means for applying one or more types of analysis engine among the Bayesian network and MTS to first storage means containing a medium plan and second storage means containing individual living person data, so as to quantify dependency of an advertisement plan on the response result; manes for extracting an advertisement plan estimated to be valid for the response according to the quantified dependency; and means for updating the medium plan stored in the first storage means in accordance with the advertisement plan judged to be valid. A campaign dynamic correction method is also disclosed.
