摘要 <p>It has been found that lectins recognize extremely minute differences in sugar chain structures and that by the use of capability of recognition of sugar chain structures, discrimination among a multiplicity of sugar chain structures can be effected from a pattern of degree of strength of about ten types of lectin interactions. Accordingly, identification and estimation of the structure of test subject sugar chain can be performed with high precision by referring to and utilizing interaction collation data being a collection of large quantities of sugar chain-lectin interaction information.</p>
