<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide self-light emitting safety equipment of directly forming a coloring matter sensitizing type solar battery in a member of the self-light emitting safety equipment. <P>SOLUTION: By using the coloring matter sensitizing type solar battery for a solar battery of the self-light emitting safety equipment for turning on or flashing a light emitter, a solar battery can be formed in a part of a direct member, and weight of a solar battery module can be reduced, and reduction in a power generation quantity can be prevented even in low illuminance. A part itself of a case such as a side surface, an upper surface and a back face of the self-light emitting safety equipment can be formed into the solar battery, and a display surface itself of a sign and a display plate can also be formed into the solar battery.
