<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a medication mistake to a patient to allow a nursing-care plan without depending on level of skill to be formed, in a medical institution. <P>SOLUTION: When a doctor diagnoses a patient, and inputs an order for every patient, adequacy of medical products in medication is decided by searching a medical product information database which is connected to a plurality of medical organizations and where contraindication information to medical products on a patient basis and information of adverse reaction due to medical product use.
