<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that provides reeducation for the levels of techniques and/or skills or the like that personnel registered in a temporary help agency have, in such a way that while temporary help business and in-house training are distributed in a well-balanced fashion, the levels match the levels of business required by a company supplied with the personnel. <P>SOLUTION: This system for improving the efficiency of temporary help business comprises a personnel management database medium such that the level of each employee registered in a temporary help agency according to each level of skills predefined for different kinds of work is determined according to whether each employee passes a qualification test conducted, to compile salaries associated with the level of each kind of work into a database, while updating the levels of the skills and the salaries after each test; a personnel reeducation means for causing those higher in the skill level of each kind of work or an outsourced educator to educate those lower in the level according to a prepared education program, while taking the dispatch schedules of the instructor and students and a course schedule into account; and a means for reflecting the result of the reeducation on the personnel management database medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
