<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malicious alteration for data of a personal radio IC tag. <P>SOLUTION: A commodity information management system comprises a personal radio IC tag which memorizes specific information related to individuals and is carried by an individual , a radio IC tag for commodities which memorizes commodity information related to commodities and is mounted on the commodities, a tag reading and writing device 3 having a reading means 11 and a writing means 12 for reading and writing the specific information and the commodity information, and a history information management server registering and controlling the specific information and the commodity information. The tag reading and writing device 3 has a writing authentication means 14 capable of determining whether or not the specific information is registered in the record information controlling server after reading the specific information memorized in the personal radio IC tag by the reading means 11, and permitting writing with the writing means 12 if the specific information is registered, and refusing writing with the writing means 12 if the specific information is not registered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
