PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication system, an authentication server and the like capable of securing security concerned in communication, and capable of reducing management burdens both in a user side and a system side. SOLUTION: The authentication server 101 conducts authentication based on the first ID and the first password transmitted from a user terminal 105, determines a port number of a transmitter to the user terminals 105, and prepares the second ID and the second password. The authentication server 101 informs a camera server 103 of the port number of the transmitter, the second ID and the second password, and transmits to the user terminal 105 information having the IP address of the camera server 103, the port number of the transmitter, the second ID and the second password, and the like. The camera server 103 registers the port number of the transmitter, the second ID and the second password informed from the authentication server 101, in access control information 501, and judges the permission for connection, referring to the registered information in the access control information 501, when a connection request is received from the user terminal 105.
