PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost, by cutting the number of components and by saving labor at the time of manufacturing, and to respond to the requirements of miniaturization and weight reduction. SOLUTION: This flat motor is provided with a plate magnet 10, on which N poles and S poles are alternately arranged at substantially equal open angles and an armature 20 arranged rotatably, to face the magnets 10. The armature 20 has air-core coils 24, comprising a frame plate 21 wound with conductive wires 24a. The air-core coils 24 has magnetic substance wires 24b, 24c that are wound by at least one turn or more, on at least the winding-start side or the winding-end side of the conductive wires 24a.
