PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a record reproduction and a record reproduction apparatus to confirm an accompanying data, in response to the needs by the user's designating an output form. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a record-reproducing portion 9 and a mode controlling portion 2 and separates an image signal imaged by an imaging portion and accompanying definite data, related to the image signal and record-reproduces them via a recording medium. A mode control portion 2 converts the accompanying data into a display data, batch-displaying the imaging conditions at imaging the image displayed by a reproduction image signal and outputs it as a first output form, and inhibits outputting of the display data as a second output form, according to the selectively designated output forms by a designating means.
