PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily produce (mass-produce) an antenna which collects radiowaves to a focal part or radiates the radiowaves in predetermined directions, even when wavelength of the radiowaves is short. SOLUTION: A hologram 10 (such as alternating arrangement of a plurality of reflective parts 12 and transmitting parts 21) is formed on an approximate plane region A1, and the antenna X1 synchronizes phases of the radiowaves reaching the reflective parts 12 by forming each of the reflective part 12 at a position where each difference of distance from the focal part 30 to each of the reflective parts 12 becomes integer multiples of the wavelengthλof the radiowaves. Furthermore, a second reflective part may be provided on the side of a wave surface by spacing from the approximate plane region A1 by about a quarter wavelength of the radiowaves.
