摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance the sensitivity of a sensitive QCM (quartz oscillator) sensor by use of a pull-in phenomenon of oscillator. SOLUTION: This quartz oscillator sensor further enhanced in sensitivity by increasing the change in transmitting frequency by the pull-in phenomenon comprises (1) a quartz oscillator sensor head oscillating at a frequency 1, (2) a structure for injecting a signal of a frequency 2 close to the frequency 1 to the oscillating circuit of the sensor head, (3) a means for mixing the oscillating frequency of the sensor head with the injected high frequency signal to select a signal having a sum frequency (frequency 3) or a difference frequency (frequency 4), and (4) a means for measuring a signal of the sum frequency or the difference frequency. (5) In the structure, the frequency 2 is smaller than the frequency 1 and close thereto so that the frequency 1 is changed by the pull-in phenomenon.
