ANALYSIS METHOD OF DIOXIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the measuring time and expense by omitting cleaning up of a sample and the subsequent concentration thereof to facilitate the analysis of dioxin. SOLUTION: A solution in which an organic component is dissolved in a straight-chain hydrocarbon-based organic solvent is prepared from a sample containing dioxin, a fiber with a tip coated with carbon as an adsorbent is dipped in the solution to adsorb the dioxin to the carbon at the tip of the fiber, and the tip of the fiber is inserted to a gas chromatograph mass spectrometer to analyze the dioxin.
