PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which can be used safely without spouting heating air when a door is opened by a user while cooking. SOLUTION: The heating cooker has a placer 3 for placing a cooking object 2, a cooking chamber 1 with a suction port 4 and a blow-out port 5 for storing a the placer 3, a circulation air passage 7 for communicating to the suction port 4 and the blow-out port 5, an air blow means 8 for making air in the circulation air passage circulate from the suction port 4 to the blow-out port 5, a heating means 9 for heating the air in the circulation air passage, the door 10 for opening and closing an opening part of a cooking chamber front face and a door closure means for closing the door and the opening part of the cooking chamber.
