PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to appropriately keep the wall thicknesses of a reflux passage and a suction passage even in the case of a die for forming a pipe having a dual pipe structure divided in a plurality of parts. SOLUTION: The die for forming the pipe 4 is constituted of a fixed die 51a for a side surface to form an outer surface of the pipe 4, a movable die 51b for a side surface used by facing the fixed die 51a for the side surface, a die 52 for a suction passage to form one side end of the pipe 4 and a suction passage, a die 53 on the upper side into which the head part of the die 52 for the suction passage is inserted, a die 54 for a reflux passage to form the reflux passage set so that one end inserted into and supported by the die 52 for the suction passage and the other end supported by a die 51 for a side surface to keep prescribed distances respectively to the die 52 for the suction passage and the die 51 for the side surface.
