PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurization smokeproofing system capable of blocking smoke without using closure members such as a fire door or a shutter even when border surfaces of adjacent inner spaces are opened and respective spaces are continuous, thereby ensuring safety in evacuation paths. SOLUTION: The pressurization smokeproofing system is used when fire occurs in a first inner space in a structure 1 having the first inner space 2 and a second inner space 3 in communication with the first inner space. The system has air supplying equipment supplying compressed air to the border surface S of both the inner spaces, and a smoke discharging port discharging smoke in the first inner space in case of fire. The air supplying equipment has a plurality of air blow out ports 20 in an outer peripheral portion of the second inner space, and obliquely blows out compressed air toward the above border surface from the air blow out ports, and combining the blowing out air flows at the center portion of the border surface, thereby forms an air flow substantially perpendicular to the above border surface, to prevent smoke from invading from the first inner space to the second inner space by the dynamic pressure due to the air flow.
