An absorbent product (1) includes a backsheet (3), a topsheet (2) and an absorbent core structure (4) located therebetween, the core including a topsheet-facing surface (4a) which is fixedly attached to the topsheet. A low friction zone is arranged between the topsheet (2) and the topsheet-facing surface (4a) in an area where said topsheet (2) is not attached to the topsheet-facing surface (4a), or a sheet (7, 8) is secured at a portion of its periphery to the topsheet (2) and the low friction zone is placed above the topsheet (2). These arrangements alleviate skin damage. |
