The region softens and falls on a sealing unit and then positions itself on a supporting unit (24) to cut off oxygen flow to the sealing unit when the sealing unit burns. The fastening section has a cooling region formed by a hollow room including cooling fins. An independent claim is also included for a support construction of a building comprising a fastening device.
