<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material, which is attached to a container containing an instant noodle or the like, and does not return to the original position by a resilient force to close an opening when peeled off to open more than the half of the mouth of the container. <P>SOLUTION: The lid material is of a laminated structure that does not include an aluminum foil, and has a tab part on the outer peripheral edge of the lid material and a projecting part opposite to the tab part on the outer peripheral edge.
