<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive open/close plug which can be used for both containers with one opening and with two openings, is easily operable and is functionally stable. <P>SOLUTION: This relates to an open/close plug comprising a plug mounting cap 11, a plug main body 21, a spinning plug 31, a check valve 41, and a valve cap 51.
