PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and surely perform power supply control for a plurality of information processing apparatuses, irrespective of the presence or the absence of a peculiar function of the information processing apparatus and network equipment.

SOLUTION: This uninterruptible power supply device can be connected to one or a plurality of the information processing apparatuses. The uninterruptible power supply device comprises a supply circuit that supplies power to each of the information processing apparatuses, a power supply control part that controls the power supply of the supply circuit, and a network connecting part that can be connected to a management device, that detects abnormality of the operation status in each of the information processing apparatuses.
